This was the first time I opened the year in Dallas (and the first year I actually got a kiss at midnight). To celebrate, me and the beau started the night off with an annual concert and fireworks extravaganza in Dallas’ Arts District then met some of his friends at a local bar.
New Years Eve may be the only time of year when wearing a dress made completely out of sequins is appropriate, so I pulled out my sequined dress by As U Wish and enjoyed the lights.
